The villa is situated directly off highway 27 just 2 miles from I-4, in a quiet Cul-De-Sac just off acres of orange groves (there are orange trees in the back garden!). Disney resorts are 15 minutes from the villa, Orlando International airport: 30 minutes and Sanford is less than an hour.

On highway 27 (just at the top of the road) there are restaurants, Perkins, Dennys, Cracker Barrel, petrol stations, shops, fast food outlets, two large supermarkets (Wall Mart & Winn Dixies), a large fruit & vegetable market and the list goes on.

Superb! A lovely pool and lounge area with access to the master bedroom. Fully alarmed (no need to worry about the children getting in without you knowing) and the whole area is screened. The pool can be heated if required at an additional cost of £85 per week. (Heating is generally only required between November and February)

A perfect place to relax (just check out that recliner!) with cable television, a video recorder, a good selection of videos and a CD music centre. You'll find over 50 channels on the cable television and a multi CD changer.

The villa provides a spacious dining area to cater for up to 10 people. You will also find here a telephone for your use (local calls are free and any other calls can be made with a pre paid phone card, available at most stores)

All modern facilities are available including dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, large electric cooker, large fridge-freezer (also makes crushed ice & cold water), crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, automatic coffee maker, kettle, electric can opener e.t.c.

Master Bedroom (Left) - double bed, furniture, double bed cabinets and walk in wardrobe.

Master Bedroom (Right) - double bed, furniture, en suite bathroom with vanity unit, walk in closet and room for cot if required. Remote control colour TV is provided and has a bathroom with access to the pool.

Bedroom 3 (Left) - Fully furnished with double bed and walk in wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 (Right) - Fully furnished with two single beds and a walk in wardrobe. (Mickey mouse theme).

As you can see both the master and en suite bathrooms provide a luxurious toilet, sink and bath. The bathrooms are kept immaculately clean so you can be assured of a pleasant bath.

Additional benefits -

• The villa has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. No more having to take your dirty washing back home!

• All bed linen, towels (not for beach use), tea towels and hair dryer are provide for your convenience. (We recommend buying toiletries upon arrival as they are usually cheaper in Florida).

• Games are provided for the children and we also hope to soon convert the double garage into a games room (table tennis/ football table e.t.c). Just ring or e-mail the address below and we will be happy to update you on the progress of this.

• The Villa is fully air conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fans for extra comfort.

• Only a short drive from DisneyWorld, so if you begin to get tired midday (especially with young children) you can return to the villa for some lunch, a siesta, to freshen up, or maybe a swim in the pool. You can then return to Disney later in the evening to see the fireworks, parades and lasershows.

• The villa is our home from home, and with every visit we intend to add a little extra. Provided at the villa are patio tables, chairs, loungers and we are confident you will find everything you need to have an enjoyable stay.
